MAM to showcase new innovations at Automechanika Birmingham 2019

MAM Software is attending this year's Automechanika Birmingham, where it will be showcasing a range of new innovations.

Taking place at the NEC in Birmingham from 4-6 June, the event will be one of the first opportunities to see the company's new automotive accessories catalogue. The electronic catalogue provides support for tools, equipment, car care, consumables and accessories, enabling users to search, filter and compare products from individual brands.

Suppliers to the catalogue can upload products, photographs and specifications to make sure the latest information is always available. Products will be visible to every user of Autocat, MAM's online vehicle parts catalogue that's designed to make it easier to find and compare products from multiple suppliers.

The company will also be demonstrating the latest version of Autocat at Automechanika Birmingham. A number of updates have been introduced in Autocat v9.1, including a customisable menu bar that enables users to change the layout of shortcut buttons.

MAM recently revealed a partnership with Paymentsense, which integrates card payment functionality into its Autopart business management software. Visitors to the show will be able to learn more about this feature and how it can save automotive businesses time, while effectively eliminating keying errors.

The company will be demonstrating a number of updates to its Autowork Online garage software. This includes Making Tax Digital compatibility, a new on-demand MOT history feature and support for Xero exports.

Visitors can also preview MAM's forthcoming TeamView technicians' efficiency and management module, which provides paperless job cards, job/time clocking and gives managers a real-time view of workshop activity.

Mark Kendall, sales director at MAM Software, said: "Automechanika Birmingham is a great opportunity for us to see our current customers and prospects face to face.

"We are launching many new innovations over the coming months and we look forward to receiving feedback at the show."
