MAM Software to launch Garage management solution in Ireland at Auto Trade Expo

Autowork Online launches in Ireland

MAM Software will be attending this year’s Auto Trade Expo, which is taking place on 15 & 16 October at RDS Simmonscourt, Dublin. The event is a great opportunity for factors and garages to find out about the latest product launches and new features within the company’s suite of products that are designed for the automotive aftermarket.

MAM are delighted to announce the launch of Autowork Online in Ireland. Autowork Online is MAM’s comprehensive web-based application that simplifies and manages every aspect of running a busy workshop or garage. It automates and organises essential everyday tasks, from generating quotes and invoices to maintaining service records and managing the diary. Integration with MAM's electronic catalogue Autocat also enables businesses to order parts online from their preferred suppliers. The garage management software is accessed via an internet browser, with no installation or maintenance required. All data is stored remotely on high-security servers, giving businesses instant access to all the information required.

“Expanding our product portfolio in Ireland with Autowork Online is a key component in our strategy as the leading business and garage management software solutions provider for the automotive aftermarket. Autowork Online is used by over 3000 garages in the UK, so launching the product in Ireland is a natural next step” explains James Mitchell, Managing Director UK & Ireland.

“It is an exciting time for our business in Ireland, and with continued investment in the company we aim to capitalise on our successes and build a platform for future growth”.

Factors are invited to find out about MAM’s most recent developments in Autopart. Users now have the option to have Dojo functionality integrated with their software, enabling chip-and-pin and contactless payments to be taken at point of sale. Not only does this reduce the likelihood of keying errors, but also helps speed up transactions and reduces the cashing up time considerably as now all the card transaction will equal the Autopart ledger.

Capturing information from a digital document such as invoices, is made simple with the launch of EasyAP. Information is extracted and imported from email attachments, or users can scan and upload from physical paper copies. These invoices are then automatically matched to the relevant purchase orders within Autopart and a copy of the invoice is stored on the system.

"As a business we are committed to continually developing our products to ensure our customers have the tools they need to be successful in the market. We have some great products and features on our road maps across our products in 2022 and beyond, which we are looking forward to discussing and demonstrating at this year's Auto Trade Expo. As a key event in the Irish Automotive Aftermarkets events calendar, the show provides us with a great opportunity to meet our customers face to face and also meet prospects who are looking to invest in the success of their business with Autopart or Autowork Online”.
