Allowing your customers to place orders through your WebPro site couldn’t be easier. They can search for their required products or drill down through the category structure to find them. Customers can add as many products to their order as they wish before ‘Checkout’.

When a customer places an order through your WebPro website, it’s immediately visible within Autopart and you can begin processing it straight away.

SagePay and/or PayPal integration

Enable your customers to pay for their orders via the secure payment gateway. Trade customers can also settle their outstanding account online, helping you to manage your cash.

Delivery options matrix

You can add delivery charges for regions of your choice, and these can vary depending on the products selected and the weight. Customers can select their preferred delivery method and you can protect your profit as you trade to a wider market. You can also set premium rates, e.g. for next day delivery.

These delivery charges can have cut of times associated with them, so next day delivery is only offered when it’s possible.

Special promotions are a great way of enticing sales and generating product interest. Now, you can do this online too - WebPro enables you to group products for promotional purposes and allows for page content to be defined for these promotions. All promotional prices are defined within your MAM business management system.

The best sellers feature promotes your most popular items to your online customers - you can list a configurable number of these on your homepage.

It is also possible to set up badges, which can be applied against products and promote them to the homepage, to allow the user to add a Clearance section, or New to Range for instance.

Create product reviews

Good customer reviews are a great endorsement of your products and services and will encourage potential customers to purchase. All customer reviews are held in the administration area for your approval before they are visible on the site.
