Salesforce Community support
Our Salesforce Community portal provides a new innovate and simple way for our customers to get in touch with us concerning any queries. The portal allows you to raise cases online, monitor their progress, and view completed and outstanding cases. You can also correspond electronically directly with the member of staff responsible for addressing your query. You can request login details to access the Salesforce Community once you have purchased one of our on-premise applications or hosted subscription plans.
We have dedicated UK-based staff on hand during extended business hours to assist you via a phone call, email or through the Salesforce Portal in the case of technical support. We can also assist you remotely by connecting to your machine. This means that we can often have your software applications back up and running without having to deploy field engineers to your premises. Don’t worry if you’re not the most technically minded, our support team has the experience and knowledge to guide you through any problems that can be fixed without MAM intervention.
Installation and setup support
MAM Software is dedicated to providing unrivalled support throughout the installation process, which our expert field engineers will carry out in the most efficient manner possible. Whether you purchase one of our network solutions, require applications installed on existing networks, or if you’re subscribing to our highly recommended cloud-hosted service, we have the experts and the experience to make the move to MAM Software as smooth as possible.
MAM application support
Dedicated to the constant development and enhancement to products where possible, MAM Software regularly releases application updates which include patch fixes and development. With our cloud-hosted products, these updates are handled remotely and usually out of business hours to minimise disruption to trade. We also provide automatic Windows updates to cloud-hosted customers which include security and operating system enhancements. All updates for on-premise applications are installed on-site and usually carried out by the customer. Please note that we cannot provide Windows updates for on-premise applications.
We provide hardware cover for any equipment purchased through MAM Software. If you choose to take out this cover, we will fix or replace hardware in a situation where it has failed unless caused by accidental damage. We can often diagnose and correct hardware faults remotely and we aim to provide engineers as quickly as possible if the problem requires fixing on your property. Please note that to remain covered, servers and other hardware may need to be periodically replaced or upgraded. Our cloud solutions utilise remote servers, eliminating the need to purchase cover or replacements for server systems.
We produce user guides for many of our products that can assist you through some of their most comprehensive features. Plus, our support team are always on hand to help you with any queries – whether there’s a problem with your software, or if you’d like to find out how to utilise the software’s facilities to your advantage.
