MAM to support FG7's inaugural MECTEC event
Company to showcase its garage management software and new job card and technicians' activity tracking add-on
MAM Software is pleased to announce it will be attending the all-new MECTEC 2019 event, organised by leading Irish aftermarket parts distributor FG7. The announcement consolidates MAM's long-standing relationship with the independent buying group.
Taking place on 8-10 October, MECTEC 2019 will be hosted at the FG7 headquarters in Cookstown. The event will include exhibits from leading brands, as well as seminars and demonstrations from across the automotive aftermarket.
MAM will be showcasing a number of products at the show, including Autowork Online, its intuitive, feature-rich garage management software. Garages can directly connect to participating FG7 members to obtain live pricing and stock information, including the ability to submit parts orders electronically through Autowork Online.
One of MAM's biggest developments is TeamView, a new add-on for Autowork Online. The paperless job card and technicians' tracking module enables garages to improve their workflow; an app is available for use on mobile, tablet or PC, while the workshop managers' screen is for office use.
Autowork Online is just one of the business management solutions available from MAM. A total of 20 out of 24 of FG7's members are currently using MAM's Autopart software, which they use to automate routine operations, increase competitiveness and deliver improved customer service. The solution is also in place at the central FG7 warehouse, where it is used alongside MAM's warehouse management software.
Sales director at MAM Software Mark Kendall said: "We are committed to providing innovative business management solutions to members of FG7 and look forward to this opportunity to meet customers and prospects face to face.
"Our attendance at MECTEC 2019 further demonstrates our commitment to the buying group and we look forward to strengthening this relationship well into the future."
MECTEC 2019 is taking place from 16:00 until 21:00 on 8-10 October. Tickets are free and must be booked in advance. Click here to register.
