Autowork Enterprise is a feature-rich point-of-sale screen which seamlessly integrates with Autopart Tyres at your head office. Autowork Enterprise simplifies and manages every aspect of running a busy workshop or garage as well as providing extensive functionality at the point-of-sale to improve communication between staff and customers.

Its comprehensive garage management features control all operational activities from workshop bookings and the creation of quotations through to the printing of job cards and the production of invoices and service and MOT reminders. All data is automatically transferred to Autopart Tyres, with no need for manual entry.

What does Autowork Enterprise offer?

 Databases and information

Autowork Enterprise incorporates detailed parts, supplier and customer databases that are shared with the Autopart Tyres back-office. Data can be managed in either application and restrictions can be imposed to limit access or prevent unauthorised editing. The databases store instantly accessible, automatically updated work histories for each customer or vehicle. The Autocat+ electronic parts catalogue gives access to millions of manufacturer’s parts that can be ordered straight from the system, so you can quickly identify and order the right parts for the job.

Workshop management

Autowork Enterprise’s comprehensive management facilities contain all of the necessary functions to manage workshop resources, streamlining business operations and giving you more time to focus on sales. It provides the ability to control all aspects of workshop activity from the creation of quotations, through to printing job cards and the production of invoices. It features a comprehensive workshop diary for booking in jobs, and a separate MOT diary that handles up to four bays simultaneously.

Stock management

Autowork Enterprise’s stock control function provides accurate management of all products sold in the centre. Stock can be sourced from a central warehouse or directly from suppliers. All stock movements can be monitored or controlled centrally from within Autopart Tyres. The software can create suggested orders based on current minimum and maximum stock levels and order history is automatically updated and maintained.

Tyre sales module

The selling and purchasing of tyres is made simple with Autowork Enterprise’s tyre sales module, which includes a comprehensive tyre database, a tyre sales screen, and online and offline ordering. Tyre prices and information is easily accessible from an extensive database and the software fully supports the 2012 EU tyre labelling regulations.

Accounting

Designed specifically for the workshop environment, Autowork Enterprise’s accounting facilities eliminate the need to manually input data in order to create ledgers and reports. All transactions are directly linked to the Autopart Tyres back-office, and invoices can be split so that an insurance company can be billed and the excess can be charged to the customer. Point-of-sale access to the accounts functionality can be granted or restricted as required.

Customer communications and reporting

Autowork Enterprise enables you to manage your customer relationships professionally and efficiently, with email and SMS text messaging for service or MOT reminders, invoices and promotions. All correspondence is automatically logged for future reference. The system also generates detailed reports to help you manage and monitor your business, as well as quick-reference charts and graphs to help you analyse performance in key areas.

Technical repair data

Autowork Enterprise’s optional technical repair data provides essential maintenance and repair information on cars and light commercial vehicles. The data covers almost 7,000 engine types and over 6,000 engine management systems. It is supported by over 50,000 technical drawings and thousands of wiring diagrams.
