Autowork Enterprise's comprehensive garage management features control all operational activities from workshop bookings and the creation of quotations through to the printing of job cards and the production of invoices and service and MOT reminders. All data is automatically transferred to Autopart, with no need for manual entry.

Databases and information

Autowork Enterprise incorporates detailed parts, supplier and customer databases that are shared with the Autopart back office. Data can be managed in either application and restrictions can be imposed to limit access or prevent unauthorised editing. The databases store instantly accessible, automatically updated work histories for each customer or vehicle. The Autocat electronic parts catalogue gives access to millions of manufacturers' parts that can be ordered straight from the system, so you can quickly identify and order the right parts for the job.
