Users praise MAM garage software update

Customers delighted with recent Autowork Online v173 release

MAM Software is delighted to report positive customer feedback on its upgraded Autowork Online garage management package. With customers praising new features in particular.

Version 173 is the latest version of MAM Software’s cloud-based garage management system. During its development, and after its launch, MAM Software has made great efforts to speak to its customers and take their opinions on board.

Lee Sadler of VGS particularly liked the new Work in Progress feature:

We’ve waited for ages for something like this, and it’s exactly what we wanted. The Work in Progress feature has helped us become more organised and productive. Before the new version, we couldn’t operate on a busy day, but no nobody needs to talk to find the status of a job

Many customers, including Barry Blake from Autotechnics Gillingham have also praised the new Deferred Work feature:

Previously, we produced multiple quotations, not linked to an open job, which was messy and difficult to manage. With Deferred Work, it’s easier, it’s a flexible and handy tool to keep records of items to speak to customers about. Being able to pull a report out of the CRM system, and easily add deferred work to a new job when a customer returns are useful features to generate further work.

Several customers found the Technicians Efficiency feature helped boost their efficiency, as Maggie Maclachlan from Egertons Fleet Services explains:

Previously, we recorded technicians’ timesheets manually. The new process allows us to see if a technician has hit their target, and quickly and easily produce results and evidence to show the technicians.

Mike Leech at Parkside Garage made a few positive comments about the new Diagnostic Trouble Codes feature:

It’s excellent for non-technical staff to have access to fault code information, and by adding fault codes against a job card, we are building up a permanent history of the vehicle.

Numerous customers, including Paul Murphy from Beekay M.V.E.have also praised the new Document Screen layout:

Autowork Online was and is far better than any of the systems I have previously used, but since since the recent updates, which allow job cards to be created showing various jobs, but priced individually including the VAT, has cut my pricing of jobs down by half.
