MAM solutions drive growth and expansion at GT Automotive
Parts manufacturer praises MAM Software's Autopart and Autocat v8 for contributing to its ongoing success
GT Automotive, a quality-driven OEM-quality automotive parts manufacturer and distributor specialising in engine components, has applauded MAM's contribution to its ongoing success.
Following implementation of MAM's Autopart business management software in 2017, GT Automotive saw a sharp rise in efficiency for both data management and order processing; which in turn has had a markable impact on customer experience and satisfaction.
Moving forward into 2018 and beyond, GT has reported rapid growth & expansion with the implementation of its extensive range of aftermarket products into MAM's Autocat parts catalogue.
Autocat is the leading UK online car parts catalogue for the aftermarket industry, which enables motor factors and retailers to easily locate and order the right part. The newest dataset version, Autocat v8, boasts the most simplified and advanced 'product search' options, as well as utilising automatically-updated, web-based technology to ensure that trade customers always get the most up-to-date product information.
To ensure GT Automotive continues to maximise the benefits of its investment in its MAM solutions, the company will leverage the expertise of its newly-appointed sales & business development manager, Simon Baker. Simon's extensive knowledge of the automotive aftermarket industry and MAM Software platforms will enable GT to utilise all aspects of the software to its fullest to further extend the company's growth into the UK aftermarket.
Oliver Croxson, commercial director at GT Automotive commented: "We are delighted to have our extensive range available on Autocat v8's market-leading platform. Since the implementation of MAM Autopart last year, we've already seen an impact on efficiency throughout the company. Now, with GT Automotive's presence on Autocat v8, we want to make it even easier for our customers to work with all GT products across our entire range.
"We are thrilled to be linked with MAM Software and I am confident that having our quality products available on this industry-esteemed catalogue will further enhance both our customer experience and our aftermarket brand presence."
"It is great to see that GT Automotive has seen such a positive impact to its business since implementing our business management and product catalogue solutions," said Tony Mason, MAM's sales manager for data and e-commerce products. "Autocat is widely recognised as the leading aftermarket catalogue and it is the perfect platform for GT Automotive to use to expand its distribution of its products. We look forward to seeing GT's success continue."
