MAM launches new online booking, website and online marketing solutions for garages

New products help independent workshops increase internet traffic, generate business and retain customers

MAM Software is pleased to announce the general release of Online Booking, a website MOT booking module for its existing Autowork Online garage management solution. Designed to help workshops create new business leads and enhance customer service, Online Booking is available as a plugin for existing websites or as a fully integrated module in a new website and online marketing package.

Online Booking allows motorists to book MOTs online. Supported MOT classes, pricing and available times are controlled through Autowork Online and updated in real time on the website for customers to see. Appointments made through the Online Booking module will automatically update in the Autowork Online MOT diary and create job cards with all the relevant details. Any changes to the availability made in Autowork Online (e.g. walk-in bookings) will be reflected online, thereby allowing workshops to manage all of their MOT appointments in one place with no re-keying or scheduling conflicts. Customer service is also improved, with email confirmation sent to clients after they make a booking.

For garages that don’t have an existing website, the Online Booking module is also available as a part of MAM’s new website and online marketing package, Autonet Garage.

Autonet Garage is designed for vehicle workshops that wish to increase their online presence and develop an effective means to attract new customers. Simple for businesses to personalise and update and available in a range of designs, Autonet Garage provides a turnkey website solution that is mobile enabled and optimised for search engines. This ensures that it's easily found on the internet through sites such as Google, Yahoo and Bing. Weekly reports of marketing and stats provide insight on the website’s performance, while available client training ensures businesses can utilise their website to the maximum.

Optional digital marketing services are also available, including SEO monitoring, PPC campaign management and the creation of social media pages, ensuring the website is effectively marketed to potential customers.
