Midland based motor factor switches to MAM's Autopart Online hosted solution to support company expansion
MAM Software is pleased to report that Frenco Service Replacements Ltd has now gone live on its Autopart Online software as a service (SaaS) solution. Frenco switched from its previous provider to MAM's modern cloud-hosted solution as it needed a flexible platform capable of supporting its recent expansion. Importantly, Autopart Online has allowed Frenco to integrate its business processes and simplify IT administration.
Trading for over 40 years, Frenco Service Replacements is a Midland-based motor factor specialising in parts for cars, commercial vans, public service and heavy goods vehicles. Frenco is now using Autopart Online to run its business efficiently following its expansion from 3 to 4 branches earlier this year. Hosted in the cloud, Autopart Online is providing the company with a robust system that automates core business processes and shares data between branches in real-time.

Furthermore, Frenco no longer has to worry about software updates or data backups, as they are handled automatically by MAM at the data centre.
The intelligent purchasing functionality of Autopart Online is allowing Frenco to improve its ordering efficiency. The company can now automate re-ordering based on pre-determined levels and sales trends, source parts from best-value suppliers and transfer stock between branches. And integration with MAM's Autocat+ parts catalogue allows staff to access accurate, up-to-date component information.
