Autoelectro increases online sales with MAM’s Autonet solutions

MAM Software’s B2B e-commerce solution helps remanufacturer maintain high standards of customer service

MAM Software is delighted to report that Autoelectro, one of the UK’s largest remanufacturers of alternators and starter motors, has been successfully trading with MAM’s B2B e-commerce solutions for nearly four years. The company uses MAM’s Autonet Online web portal and Autonet application integration solutions to provide both online and application-based access to its product and price data. As a result, Autoelectro provides an invaluable service to its customers and has increased profits through online trade.

Autonet Online is a web portal that is accessed through a browser. Using the integrated parts catalogue, Autoelectro’s trade customers can identify components, check pricing and availability, place orders and access account information.

Autonet EAI is a suite of Enterprise Application Integration solutions for customers that use MAM's Autopart business management solution. Autopart Autonet Seller, a sell-side solution within the suite, allows Autoelectro's customers to check prices and availability, and place orders directly from within their own purchase ordering screens on Autopart.

Both Autonet solutions provide real-time connectivity to Autoelectro’s own Autopart system. All orders raised by customers are instantly acknowledged and arrive immediately at the company’s point-of-sale for processing.
