New software enhancements designed to help jobbers and warehouse distributors save time and money.

BLUE BELL, Pennsylvania — MAM Software, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of MAM Software Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: MAMS), announces the release of its latest update to its Autopart v30 business management software.

This new release builds upon the already comprehensive functionality of Autopart, providing even greater usability, more time-saving functionality, and intelligent cost-saving features.

New features in the release include:

Autocat integration - MAM Software’s new Autocat electronic parts catalog is seamlessly integrated into the point of sale system. This new option has been added to the list of other industry parts catalogs to provide distributors with more options to look-up parts quickly and accurately. The integration allows the counterman to see customer specific pricing, availability, product images and other specs when looking up parts. Other features include VIN decoder, Interchange and Buyers Guide.

Easily adjust suggested orders - Buyers can easily increase (or decrease) suggested purchase orders on-the-fly to meet vendor minimums and incentives. By tweaking the desired days usage, the system quickly re-evaluates the product line requirements and adjusts the suggested order.

Payable invoice templates - Users can create and maintain templates for regularly recurring payables with the ability to amend the values before posting each month. This saves time repeating the same data entry on a regular basis.

Archive customer statements - Customers utilizing MAM Software’s OpenWebs B2B e-commerce platform can now archive PDF copies of customer statements and allow customers to access them directly via the OpenWebs online portal. This feature increases customer self-service and satisfaction by providing quick and easy access to their statements online, whenever and wherever they are.

This update is being released in line with our approach to continuously develop our software to meet the needs of current and future customers. Many of the new features are suggestions provided by our customers, which include:

Enhanced retail planograms; enhanced centralized returns controls; controlling price overrides based on login level; displaying goods-in-transit information at point-of-sale; viewing linked accounts' daily spend at point-of-sale; providing traceability of warranty parts sold to retail customers; limiting the maximum margin discount; configurable customer outstanding balance breakdowns at point-of-sale; and validating barcodes against products when importing.

"By working closely with our customers, we are constantly adding new features and improving the functionality available within Autopart," explained Ben Stanley, Director of Product Management. "With this latest release, we believe that we are making it easier for jobbers, distributors and retailers to manage their day to day business operations more effectively."

MAM Software will be demoing the newest release at AAPEX 2018 from October 30, 2018 through November 1, 2018 in Las Vegas, NV. Please stop by Booth #2279 to find out more information and to see the power of Autopart for yourself.
