MAM announces new release of Autopart
MAM releases Autopart v20 R009
MAM Software has announced the release of Autopart v20 R009, the next release of its popular management software for jobbers, distributors and retailers. This new version features 39 new developments including significant enhancements to its 'non stocked items' and paylater (cash on delivery) functionality.
'Non stocked items' are now handled with greater efficiency. The database can flag such items when manually adding or importing data. A variety of grids will now automatically highlight 'non stocked items' and user prompts will occur when trying to sell items or amend their min/max values.
Paylater (COD) developments include the ability to automatically select linked credits and invoices when receiving payments. Credits can now be linked to a single invoice only and the outstanding balance checked prior to crediting an account.
Other developments in R009 include:
- Customer returns note search
- Block importing of alternatives
- Rename tabs in point-of-sale
- Application of surcharges
- Sales promotions
- Date stamp on paperwork trail boxes
- Mandatory order numbers and credit references
- Show all bays in QJI
Many of the enhancements in R009 are available free-of-charge to existing Autopart v20 users with a current support and maintenance contract. Special offers are available to companies upgrading from Autopart v17 or migrating from competitive systems.
