We fully believe that this company provides the best integrated sales, inventory, accounting, reporting, and web-based B2B software package available that is fully scalable and customizable. The GUI simplifies manoeuvring through the system. Orders can be generated in several ways, from simple order points to predictive ordering. Order points can be calculated in several ways; from simple history to seasonal weighting. Reports can be generated in uncountable and fully customizable ways to provide the exact data we are looking for. We've seen no other product as powerful or flexible as this system.
By utilizing an extremely powerful system, we are able to rapidly extract the data we need, and do solid analysis to tweak our order points and determine current market trends for our customers. Combined with data from suppliers, we are able to rapidly determine whether new product line makes sense for us in less than a day.
This has allowed us to capitalize on the opportunities in the market places. While the economy has soured, we've been able to make solid calculated decisions that have increased our market share while increasing our profit margin and posting consistent month over month gains.
Due to the ability to rapidly analyze a product offering and determine with great accuracy the appropriate order points and margins possible from the lines, we have been able to make solid decisions to switch suppliers in key lines, keep the lines that make sense, and build solid inventories. We've created a situation that benefits us, our suppliers, and our customers.
