I have managed Software development teams and several accounting software migrations. When PartsValue, LLC needed to enter the Autopart Distribution market quickly, we met with several potential software vendors including MAM Software Inc. We created a software acquisition project plan, for which we were looking to balance 3 major concerns with our implementation: 1. Initial Cost and Cost to Customize, 2. Time to Market and Time to Customize the platform, 3. Overall canned features and Options, in addition to Ecommerce, Catalog, RF, etc. and other forward project integration options.
Autopart by MAM Software offered the best mix of features for the most reasonable price. MAM were upfront about the features and functionality of the platform, making it easier to qualify and disqualify the many other options competing for our business.
From initial product acquisition to live rollout, we have worked closely with the MAM team to modify the interfaces to meet the demands of our employees challenged with running the day to day business. MAM has been very flexible and obliging as our needs have changed and grown, they have created new modules which accommodate our unique selling style at very reasonable costs.
