MAM ends 2011 on a high
Dealer meetings and Vegas shows provide fitting end to a successful year
MAM Software Inc. has announced a successful end to 2011, having made appearances at various group meetings and trade shows. During early November, MAM attended the ADWA 1-2-1 meetings, ARPA and the AAPEX shows in Las Vegas. "We met with a number of existing partners and new prospects during our time in Las Vegas" said Brian Allibon, President of MAM Software. "It was a great experience for everyone involved, and an exciting indication of the speed at which MAM's reputation is growing in the North American automotive aftermarket.
"The company had a full schedule of 1-2-1 meetings with AWDA members, had to arrange additional meetings at our AAPEX booth, and increase its size by 50%, to meet the demand to see our products and services. We are currently following up on several exciting leads gathered during Industry Week, therefore our on-going plan to recruit talented, experienced personnel to join MAM in both sales and technical roles has been accelerated. Being able to announce our new partnership with Eastern Warehouse Distributors – a major WD in PA – towards the end of the week was the icing on the cake. This coupled with another of our major WD partners going live on Autopart in early December, using many of our recently re-engineered RF WMS offerings, resulted in a busy end to the year.
"For some years now we have been able to offer a diversity and choice in architecture, such as hosted solutions, that many of our competitors do not possess. This is largely due to the commitment we have made over the years, and continue to make, investing in new technology and resources on an on-going basis. Our reputation for working with partners to deliver tailored enhancements to our products – allowing them to run their businesses as they wish, not as the system dictates – has been incredibly well received.
"We are delighted that the closing months of 2011 mirrored our high levels of success throughout the year, and look forward to carrying this momentum forward into an even busier 2012."
