MAM to unveil latest innovations at Automechanika Birmingham
MAM Software will use Automechanika to showcase a variety of new solutions, each aimed at specific sectors of the aftermarket.
MAM Software is pleased to announce that it will be exhibiting at the 2018 Automechanika Birmingham exhibition, which takes place between 5th - 7th June at the NEC in Birmingham.
The company will debut its new parts catalogue at the exhibition. Autocat v9 is the latest release of MAM’s popular component lookup tool, which is used by over 11,000 counter staff at motor factors and retailers across the country.
The new release features a new product tree, new shortcut buttons and improved user interface, giving users quicker and easier access to the most commonly used product information. It also introduces matching on Euro emissions standards, which provides greater accuracy when searching for exhaust systems, catalytic converters, EGR valves and lambda sensors. The addition of enhanced product descriptions helps users quickly differentiate between standard, start-stop and auxiliary batteries. This prevent users from inadvertently selling smaller auxiliary batteries in place of starter batteries.
MAM will also showcase its new data services for parts suppliers that provide information to the catalogue. The new range of solutions are designed to help improve the quality of product information and reduce the number of choices presented to users of the catalogue. These services cover data manipulation, mapping, maintenance and reporting. and the recently announced conversion of TecDoc data. This latest service, which is available on a monthly or quarterly subscription basis, helps suppliers to convert their existing TecDoc data, map it to MAM's Make Model Index (MMI) and publish it in MAM's Autocat catalogue.
In addition, visitors will also be able to view and discuss products from MAM's extensive portfolio of software, e-commerce and mobile solutions. Motor factors, retailers and garages can experience how MAM's range of integrated applications can help improve efficiency and productivity within their business.
"We are looking forward to exhibiting at Automechanika again this year and sharing a variety of new innovations with visitors." said Mark Kendall, head of sales at MAM Software.
"The three day event provides us with a fantastic opportunity to meet with both new and existing customers face-to-face and share our latest developments with them. It allows us to demonstrate how our suite of versatile, user-friendly products could help companies save time, optimise resources and improve performance."
Attendees are invited to visit MAM Software at stand F65.
